Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect and when

Only what you voluntarily write to us:

• Contact form: name, company, email, phone and message. It is sent from our server to info@inalgram.com through the email provider Resend.
• AI assistant: the text of your questions is sent to OpenAI to generate the answer. Do not type sensitive data into the assistant.
• WhatsApp, calls or email: we receive the data that channel transmits (number, email address and message content).

What we use it for

• Answering your request and preparing a quote.
• Coordinating the sale, delivery and invoicing of products and services.
• Meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell or transfer personal data for commercial purposes. The technology providers involved are Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), OpenAI (assistant) and Google (embedded map, which may set Google's own cookies when displayed). Each processes data under its own policies.

How long we keep it

Commercial requests are kept while a relationship or a current interest exists. Information tied to a sale is kept for the periods required by commercial and tax regulations.

Your rights as data subject

Law 1581 of 2012 grants you the right to know, update and rectify your data; to request proof of authorization; to be informed about its use; to revoke authorization or request deletion where applicable; and to file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

To exercise them, write to info@inalgram.com with your name, the reason and a reply channel. We answer queries within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, extendable as the law allows.
